A professor in the Bass School of Arts, Humanities and Technology at The University of Texas at Dallas, burrough was Area Head of Design + Creative Practice 2019-2022. She teaches courses in media art and activism, social practice, and computational art; and organizes the Pop-up Locker Exhibition with honors students.
