The idea of ignite is to present a “trailer” for something interesting to the various geek communities in LA. There are a variety of groups, from Web hackers and VFX folks to Transhumanists to Digital Artists. But, the audience is comparatively tech-focused. Presentations are made by a select group of individuals. Each presentation is just 5 minutes – it is perfect for my short attention span friends.
